ホテルに関する注意事項
For all guest bookings from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during a check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).
This additional charge is for guests over the age of 16 and is not included in the room rates.
Please note that the apartments don't have reception. The keys are handed over between 4pm and 8pm. in the office, located in Carrer de la Morera 1, a few meters from Las Ramblas.
However, if you arrive earlier and do not want to carry your bags around town, you can leave them in the office in security lockers from 12am. every day of the week.Please note that arriving after 20 pm has an additional cost as Late check-in fee.
Customers will be asked to provide a deposit for each apartment, to ensure that it and its equipment is returned in good condition. The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay, if everything is in perfect condition.
