A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment may be requested upon check-in, which will be reimbursed upon check-out. < br/ > There is a EUR 20 final cleaning fee that is requested to be paid directly to the Apartment. < br/ > There is no 24 hours reception, so guests are to give the expected arrival time in advance to the apartment. < br/ > All apartments are in different locations, all of them in Vatican area. Check-in is at Via Quintino Sella 23. < br/ > There is an extra fee to be paid directly for the apartments for late arrival. Check in between 8 pm and 10 pm will be charged for 20 Euro and check in after 10 pm will be charged for 50 Euro. < br/ > As of January 1st 2011, the Municipal Council of Rome has introduced a room occupancy tax in the amount of maximum EUR 3.00 per person per night – applicable for maximum 10 days. Starting from September 1st, 2014 the amount has been increased up to EUR 7.00 per person per night (depending on the accommodation type and star rating). Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. The fee will be asked of anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries at the end of each stay. The fee is not included in Agoda's price and must be paid at the Hotel.
