The transfer bus departs at 8:00 AM from Hanoi at 3rd floor - No125 Hong Ha road, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi and boat embarkation starts at 12:00 PM at Bai Chay Port, Halong Road, Halong City. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 24 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Cruise itinerary and schedule subject to change upon weather and operations conditions.
An advance registration is required with full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, Vietnam visa expiry date for all Passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board. Children whose traveling documents are attached to parent's passport must be travel with the parent.
The package will start at lunch time and will end after breakfast on the day of departure. The package includes: meals as specified in the itinerary, snacks, translation from Hanoi to Halong, kayaking, an English speaking guide, sightseeing, insurance, taxes, and service charge.
