Please note that guests should contact the apartment to inform about their estimated arrival time or flight number at least 24hrs before check in to organize the pickup of the key of the apartment.
Please kindly note that the apartment has an obligatory cleaning fee, and a special check in fee payable on the spot. A safety deposit will be charged on arrival and refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked for damages. Please check the additional page of your hotel voucher for further information.
City Tax
For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).
This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
Please note that the check-in time is between 14:00 pm and 20:00 pm. There will be a check-in fee for arrivals after:
- 20:00 pm includes a check-in fee
- 23:00 pm includes a check-in fee
- 01:00 am (until 9:00 am) includes a check-in fee
Arrivals on Sunday or bank holiday will have an extra charge.
The refundable damage deposit is 200 Euros (hold on CC card upon arrival)
