Please note that this property is an independently operated by individual owner. It is a private unit of vacation home and therefore does not have a check in counter. The owner will arrange a session of ‘Meet & Greet’ for key handover and familiarization of the property. Guests will have access to owner’s contact details in case of any query of the property.
Please note that:
1. Only 1 time housekeeping provided before guest check in, additional housekeeping can be arranged with surcharge.
2. Due to hygiene concern, please bring your own towel.
3. Standard check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 PM.
4. Early check-in or delay check-out can be arranged with vacation home subject to availability.
5. Vacation Home will collect a security deposit of MYR 350 in cash only upon check-in. This is refundable during check out if there are no damages, lost or massive dirt.
House Rules:
1. Maximum number of people allowed is six ? both adults and children, there will be additional charge after 8 people.
2. Cigarettes, durian, and pets are not allowed.
3. Facilities are to be used and handled with care.
4. Illegal activities are prohibited.
5. Any activities which may interfere with the quiet enjoyment of neighborhood are not allowed.
6. There will be a minimum surcharge of MYR 50 ringgit if delay in check out without permission, subsequent hours is MYR 25 per hour.
The owner reserves the right to terminate or refuse the lodging contract of guests if any of the above regulations are violated. In such case, no refunds will be given.
