Please note that guests are to contact the hotel either through phone or email immediately once booking is done to ensure proper arrangement of meeting time, handing over of keys and access card to the vacation house can be done smoothly. < br/ > 1) RM300 refundable cash security deposit will be collected upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out once confirmed nothing is damaged and missing and rubbish is disposed of properly. < br > 2) Only 1 car is allowed in condo car park (with the access tag). Extra cars can park outside the apartment. < br > 3) There is no daily housekeeping. < br > 4) The property allows strictly maximum 6 adults + 2 kids (below 5yrs) only per unit. < br > 5) No functions or parties are allowed to be organized within the vicinity of the condominium. Excessive noise is not permitted in and around the condominium area. RM200 will be charged if found. < br > 6) No other guests apart from the registered guests are allowed to enter the condo even if not staying overnight. < br > 7) If found excessive noise or too many guests (more than the registered guests) or any complaints from neighbors or management, the owner has the right to ask the guests to leave the premises immediately without refund. < br > 8) The use of common swimming pool is only with proper swimming attire (T-shirt, shorts or track suits not allowed). < br/ > Please note that this property is an independently operated by individual owner. It is a private unit of vacation home and therefore does not have a check in counter. The owner will arrange a session of ‘Meet & Greet’ for key handover and familiarization of the property. Guests will have access to owner’s contact details in case of any query of the property.
