This property is an independently operated by individual owner. It is a private unit of vacation home and therefore does not have a check-in counter. The owner will arrange a session of meet and greet for key handover and familiarization of the property. Guests will have access to owner’s contact details in case of any query of the property.
A security deposit of MYR 500 will be collected upon check-in. The security deposit may be withheld if any of the house rules is violated. The security deposit will be refunded during the check-out provided that the unit is returned in its original state.
Only one time housekeeping provided before guest check in; additional housekeeping can be arranged with surcharge of MYR 68 each time.
Due to hygiene concerns, guests are required to bring your own towel.
Standard check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged with vacation home subject to availability.
Late night check in or check out service is not available.
House Rules:
Maximum number of people allowed is 15; both adults and children, there will be an additional charge after 15 persons.
Smoking, durian, pets and explosive materials are not allowed.
There will be a minimum surcharge of MYR 50 if delay in check out without permission, subsequent hours is MYR 25 per hour.
The owner reserves the right to terminate or refuse the lodging contract of guests if any of the above regulations are violated. In such case, no refunds will be given.
