Check-in and key pick-up are at the office centrally located next to Place de Republique. Open from 9:30 till 22:00 on weekdays and from 12:00 till 22:00 on weekends. Guest’s apartment is ready after 15:00.
Luggage Drop
The luggage can be dropped at the office within the office hours.
Apartment Check-In
The apartment also offers the service of a personal check-in directly at the apartment at an additional fee. All check-ins after 22:00 will take place directly at the apartment for a €50 late check-in fee. Please call in advance of your arrival day to arrange a personal check-in.
Payment
In order to receive the keys to the apartment, guest need to clear the balance due. The balance due can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX) or in cash. Credit card payments are preferred for security reasons. If you wish to pay in cash, please bring the exact amount as they have no change.
Deposit
For the security deposit, guest will need to bring a valid credit card.
Any cancellation will generate a charge of 25% of the total of the reservation.
Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the day of arrival will generate 100% charge.
In case of no show, the totality of the reservation will be charged.
