Check-in and key collection is in Earl's Court next to Earl's Court tube station at 62 Kenway Road, SW5 0RD.
The reception desk is open from 9 AM til 6 PM, 7 days a week.
Upon arrival at the reception desk, you will be provided with a folder with all the flat instructions, direction to the flat, tube maps etc. and the keys to your booked apartment.
You will also be able to leave your bags at the reception desk free of charge during the opening hours so that you can enjoy London as much as possible.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHECK-IN BETWEEN 9 AM - 6 PM THERE WILL BE A LATE CHECK-IN CHARGE OF GBP 50.
If you are checking in outside of the reception opening hours of 9 AM - 6 PM you will need to contact FG property directly and inform them of your estimated arrival time along with any possible flight details. Contact details will be in your booking confirmation.
All apartments have a GBP 50.00 cleaning fee payable at check-in.
