There is a 100 GBP holding deposit per room has to be paid upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after return of keys, room inspection and Guest Self-check-out procedure has been completed.
Check-out after 10 AM will be charged GBP 30.
Earliest check in is 12:00 noon. Latest check-in 1 AM night with GBP 30 extra charged. Early or late arrivals must be booked in advance.
All bookings are prepaid nonrefundable. GBP 100 refundable key deposit is taken per room plus cost of room at time of booking. If someone else paid by credit card for guests, they must authorise booking. Card holder and guests must email their photo ID - Passport or Full UK Photo Driving Licence along with the Guest Arrival Questions Form emailed to the cardholder by the guesthouse. No other Photo ID is accepted. Identity cards and provisional driving licences are not accepted. If you have an expired passport or no passport or a UK provisional licence or the old driving licence that has no photo on it please do not book here as you will lose your monies once the booking is complete. You must ensure you have the photo ID required before making the booking. Credit card holder must show credit card used to pay for the room. Credit card holder and guests must show photo ID: Passport or Full UK Photo Driving Licence at Check-In. Guests will not be permitted to stay here if this process is complete. Cash is not accepted here. Photo id and guest arrival questions form must be received on the same day of the booking by 10 PM by email so that the booking is finalised unless the guest has prearranged with the guesthouse by email that they would email these documents at a later date. Staff will email you the Receipt and Booking Confirmation once payment has been taken for your room. Until they receive your photo ID and guest arrival questions form, your booking can still be cancelled. They need to verify that you are the cardholder and that the credit card is not stolen.
